Tourism, Hospitality, Cookery, Care Services, Leadership skills development in a holiday resort style learning environment.
Our Adventure Challenge holiday style Learning programs are designed for young people aged 16-24, who have become frustrated with:-
Many of these young people are high flyers, different, frustrated, rejected & uncomfortable in their existing lifestyle.
These frustrated young ones need a different, challenging flight path.
Our planned holiday resorts community also has a place for other good people. There are many, including young, sometimes broken, families who are searching for a new future, running from danger or have been forced into a life change.
The community can help them all recover and reset their course.
Our SACE-VET services industries training and entrepreneurial business incubator can guide these people into a different, rewarding future.
We welcome those who have been taken into State Care, especially those who need help to start or change their flight path when they are, or about to be pushed out.
The high school might be a good place to learn how to be a Good Hard Worker so you can work hard for a boss who does not pay you much.
Registration for the new school has been lodged with ESB.
The planning application has been lodged with PlanSA.
Project finance is now being arranged.
Teachers and other staff are ready to start.
We expect "GO" for July 25th 2022

"From little things, big things grow."
Minimum Loan investment $100. All multiples of $100 loans are very welcome.
The ANCOM Loan Licence to Occupy (LLtO) investment program is a very easy, secure, silent place to sleep some of your capital while being able to use community facilities for your holidays - - - AND it will help us to help some young people who need to find a better flight path. Our Aeries (Resorts) are safe, secure places.
The Collegiate Community Board offers the Loan Licence to Occupy investment arrangement (LLtO), used by most major University Residences and Aged Care Resorts, exclusively to Financial Community Members. Members have Equity by owning the right to occupy. There are no taxes involved in this process. This only works within registered charities.
These investment loans are in minimum amounts of $100 with no limit to the number of LLtO's held by a member. The loan funds are managed by the Board in a common capital pool, specifically for the purchase of assets for the Community and are not tied to any specific asset security.
This fund is audited and reported annually as a requirement of Government Charities Supervision through ACNC, this is the best protection we can offer
The LLtO's investments are negotiable only within the private Community. Capital invested in LLtO Community assets can be recovered through the resale of licence to other members or Community buyback if or when needed.
A safe place to park capital for future use while saving the loss of rent $$$
Member's equity investment also assists with access to Commercial borrowing for the community and its College. ANCOM ON MURAY Inc. will hold the school registration, the RTO and property assets. Each campus will have its name and specific education, training, care services, environmental conservation and family holiday focus.

Family Holidays are recognised by most young people as places and times when they can have fun and do different exciting things that are memorable and are not places of failure. - - - They Learn.
School Camps are similar in this effect.
We are creating a Family Holiday, School Camp Style Boarding College that creates positive feelings and feelings of success.
We know that adventure challenge learning is good.
We encourage all family members to participate when they can. We are especially keen to have retired people with all their skills & knowledge join the community.
Fun is guaranteed. Bouc
40% of students who enter high school do not find success.
Why no success?
School = failure.
"failure" is not part of their dream.
They jump out because they are unable to find success, or are bored with the normal classroom.
Some are brilliant with a different brain, finding only frustration In a traditional school.
Homelife can be too disruptive.
State care is not good.
We provide a big safe Collegiate Community home.
We will help the 40%
The other 60% may also enjoy our adventure learning style.
All are welcome.
Our VET Training is in - - - - - - -
Our Training provides excellent Business Skills.
Vocational skills learning is the fastest way to an independent lifestyle and earning an income.
DO NOT ALLOW YOUR YOUNG ONES TO JUMP OUT.
Encourage them to hang out with us. Our Community members & teachers will help. Not only with education, but with fun things to do and a good, friendly, affordable place to live.
Lonely is bad!
Our Collegiate Community, its members, teachers and students are sharing in, researching and building a wide range of small business opportunities in tourism, hospitality, care services, and river environment activities.
The entrepreneurial skills of our students develop through our training. We support them in building their businesses. Eventually, they leave and fly alone or as partners. Our holiday resort based community, probably with many older residents, remains a home base if needed to lick wounds & regroup. They may even bring their eaglets back to our Aerie. The Community is there for the long flight.
Some of our teachers are in the "oldies" cohort and have found new enthusiasm. We enjoy helping young teachers and students now that we are free from the traditional school boxes and depressive demands. We work on our own time.
We welcome jaded teachers to join us and get on with real-life teaching in our relaxed learning environment. Name your own teaching time and skills to share. We love volunteers. The community will reward you and you will be really appreciated by our students. Students can also help you in many ways, care services and volunteering are part of our VET training.

Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life.
Is bound in shallows and miseries." Brutus to Cassius in "Julius Caesar"

There is a time in life when we are all forced to slow down. Sometimes we need help to enjoy life to the full. In-home care services are part of our VET Training program. Regardless of how much money we have accumulated, we all need the physical help of younger people as we get older. We can use our money and experience to help the young ones. In return, they will help us as they learn. We all win.
We will have a fully functional ECU room on campus for local emergencies and training. A registered nurse will be on staff for care services training and generally being a community nurse.
Your help could be just sitting with an unhappy young person in silence, being there with them when they want to talk. We always need good listeners. No need for advice. Just active listening. Use positive listening words. We teach this skill.
Happy older couple

Maybe it is just sitting with a young person in silence, just being there with them if they want to talk. We always need good listeners.
