We are creating a completely independent Real World College and Residence. Starting with SACE and leading to the VET diploma. Our students and teachers will chart their course within the SACE & VET options.

Aerie College has no set curriculum or learning times, save that we use the SA SACE units as required for the SACE. We expect most of our students will be residents in our YHA Hostels or living nearby and can participate fully.

Our students will work in housed teams of 16 with a teacher couple, to plan and implement adventures, a continuous school camp-style environment.
The task of the SACE Coordinator is to track and record the student's wild-ness adventure plan and make sure that their learning work covers all of the SACE requirements, regardless of which SACE unit it comes from.

We are a group of adventurous oldies, teachers who know the joy of teaching adventurous youth, especially when your teaching skills are not restricted in content. We have been there, and done that, but age is slowing us. We need help.
You discuss your teaching ideas with Bouc and our SACE coordinator to see if we can make them fit. Our students need the enthusiasm to reactivate their wellness. It does not matter what they do to get there. We can bend the SACE rules to get them through. SACE has some "must do". The question is how?

Mundoo will be our Swag camping boat marketing cruise camps to schools.
Overnight camping for school group will be swag camping, either onboard or on the riverbank, Monday-Wednesday, and Wednesday-Friday. Weekends are likely to be day cruises and functions.
Mundoo will work on a booking schedule. Home port will be Mannum.

Mundoo will be our Swag camping boat marketing cruise camps to schools.

Mundoo will work on a booking schedule. Home port will be Mannum.
We will employ a Master Inland waters with MED1 and a competent Cook who will also supervise Cookery training.
The cook will be supervising VET Cookery training. Students will crew the boat and assist with catering.
PV Mundoo will work a variety of cruises ranging from overnight school/youth group swag camps to Major functions including weddings.

Aerie River Cruise Campus will work 5 regular school cruises each year. Summer school and 4 term schools, each of 6 weeks duration between Mannum and Renmark.
Each Midyear school vacation will be crewed by school staff to market to potential student families. The regular crew can take school term holidays as vacation or stay onboard.
