The private ANCOM on Murray Inc. Community Loan Licence to Occupy (LLtO) offers investments in units of $100 loan. 

• Each loan unit entitles the holder to one use each year, according to a schedule of use value, and is reinstated to its total original value on the anniversary of the date of investment each year. 
• The owner can use the occupancy themselves OR 
• Owners can rent it through the College admin. earning interest.
• There is no limit to the number of Loan agreements a member can hold. 
• Each loan is a negotiable asset that can be resold within the private community membership. 

Subject to the Community Membership promotion effort, it is expected that the LLtO values will be retained and likely increase in value, similar to company shares. 

If the Community enterprise grows in stature with the marketability of its community enterprise products, including accommodation, education, and training of young people in need, the value and reputation will grow from strength to strength and the LLtO value will increase.
