The following client documentation is to be sent to AMSA.

1. Evidence of meeting medical and eyesight requirements
2. Hold a recreational boat license.    This is our regular Sunday Boat License Class
3. Provide Evidence of sea service. This is another 1 day assessment on our Commercial Training boat.
   1. One day of qualifying sea service on a commercial vessel and completion of the declaration to show completion of practical on-water tasks. 
   2. A letter from the vessel operator, owner, master, or chief engineer detailing the sea service. 
   3. Capt. Bouc will signs off on these document.
4. Must Hold a first aid certificate - HLTAID011 Provide first aid Preferable that you do this First Aid course with Royal Life Saving SA as they are the water first aid experts.
