We assess mostly your attitude during these 10 weeks - no school uniform but appropriate dress, personal presentation and behaviour expected.
During your 10 week incubation, you will be learning to live together with others in our collegiate community, sharing all the housekeeping & family skills that a very large family must develop. We live in a very large house with 32 bedrooms, two dining rooms, a bar, a large kitchen, a video theatre & meeting room, a games room and an indoor swimming pool with a spa. Our task is to make sure all family team members and the family guests stay happy, healthy and well-fed, and that the local community is happy to host us. We are managing an accommodation resort and learning by doing it.
You will also learn schoolwork stuff.
We will then consider your Graduation to Eagle Team membership as a fledgling.
On graduation, you will have the right to wear the team uniform as your feathers and you are expected to stay for a Diploma. You will grow to a fully-fledged eagle and we will help you fly.
If leave is the mutual decision, we will wish you the best of luck.
