Family Holidays, especially with grandparents, are recognised by most young people as places where they can have fun and do different exciting things that are memorable and are not places of failure. - - - They Learn.
School Camps are similar in this effect.
We are creating a Boarding College on this Family Holiday and School Camp model that creates positive feelings and feelings of success.
We know that adventure challenge learning is good.
We encourage all family members to participate when they can.
We are especially keen to have grandparents enrol with us.
Fun is guaranteed. Bouc
40% of students who enter the traditional high school do not find success. - - - Why no success?
For some, "school" is not part of their dream. School = failure.
They jump out because they are unable to find success, or are bored with the pace and requirements of the normal classroom. Some are brilliant with a different brain,
finding only frustration In a traditional school.
Some have a home life too disruptive for success.
State care is not good. We provide a big safe family home.
We will help the 40%
The other 60% - - - may also like our adventure learning style.
All are welcome.
We provide Skills Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Cookery & Care Services. Our Outdoor Adventure Recreation Leadership Training provides excellent Business Skills.
Vocational skills learning is the fastest way forward into creating an independent lifestyle and earning an income.
Jumping out of education or training is usually a disaster - drugs, crime, pregnancy, black thoughts, suicide, etc.
DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO JUMP OUT.
Hang out with us. Our Community & teachers can and will help.
Not only with education, but with fun things to do in a good friendly affordable place to live.
Lonely is bad!
You can be an investor in our community resorts through our membership loan opportunity to support the College. The minimum investment is a $100 Loan Licence to Occupy membership. Any number of $100 loans can be held by members and can be recovered through the community admin when the funds are needed. This is a good safe place to park surplus capital.
Our Adventure Challenge holiday style Learning programs are designed for young people aged 16-24, who have become frustrated with the depressive grind of learning in high schools or are having problems at home and plan to leave. Many of these are high flyers, different, frustrated, rejected & uncomfortable in their existing lifestyle. They need a different track forward.
Our planned community also has a place for other good people of any age who are searching for a new flight path or have been forced into a life change.
They need help to recover.
Our SACE-VET services industries training and entrepreneurial business incubator can provide these people with a different, rewarding future.
We start our learning adventures at the Apollon Motel, a Victor Harbor, then expand into Murray River Resort properties and River Boats and, perhaps world adventures on Cruise ships.
We welcome those who have been taken into State Care, especially those who need help to start a change in their flight path when they are or are about to be pushed out.
Seed capital is the most difficult money to find regardless of the project potential. "From little things, big things grow."
Minimum investment $100. All multiples of $100 loans are very welcome.
Our Collegiate Community, its teachers and its students are sharing in, researching and building a wide range of small business opportunities in tourism, hospitality, care services, and river environment activities.
As the entrepreneurial skills of our students develop through our training, we support them in developing their businesses. Eventually, they leave and fly their businesses alone or as partners. Our holiday resort based community, probably with many older residents, remains a home base if needed to lick wounds & regroup. They may even bring their eaglets back to our Aerie. The Community is there for the long flight.
Some of our teachers are in the "oldies" cohort and have found new enthusiasm. We enjoy helping young teachers and students now that we are free from the traditional school boxes and demands. We welcome jaded teachers to join us and get on with real-life teaching in our relaxed learning environment. Name your own teaching time and skills to share. We love volunteers and you will be really appreciated by our students. They can also help you in many ways, care services and volunteering are part of our VET training.

Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life.
Is bound in shallows and miseries." Brutus to Cassius in "Julius Caesar"

There is a time in life when we are all forced to slow down. Sometimes we need help to enjoy life to the full. In-home care services are part of our VET Training program. Regardless of how much money we have accumulated, we still need the physical help of younger people when we get old. We can use our money and experience to help the young ones and in return, they will help us as they learn. We all win.
Invest in our community now and set up your happy future.

There are several requirements for this formal registration and access to Government schools funding.
WE ARE READY TO GO! - - - LOOKS LIKE MAY 2022 SACE SCHOOL START
We have been a tax-exempt charity for many years.
We can accept donations of money, goods or property.
Donations of goods and property are accounted for at Government valuation.
Tax deductions can be spread over 5 years of a donor's tax returns at their discretion.
THINK ABOUT MAKING A DGR GIFT OR PERHAPS LEAVING PROPERTY IN YOUR WILL TO HELP THE YOUNG ONES ON THEIR WAY.
ANCOM on Murray Inc. our Foundation Charity is a tax-exempt educational charity. Registered as a school, it will be entitled to Tax Deductible Gift Status and to receive grant funding for education, training and other supportive community or environmental care purposes.
Community Family members contribute to and share in these benefits.
Together we can move mountains.
One person with a shovel can not move much.
Many small investments by families, corporates and Government Agencies on behalf of their dependent children in care, will create a very attractive Collegiate Resorts Community.
The Collegiate Community Board offers the Loan Licence to Occupy investment arrangement (LLtO), used by most major University Residences and Aged Care Resorts, exclusively to Financial Community Members.
These investment loans are in minimum amounts of $100 with no limit to the number of LLtO's held by a member. The loan funds are managed by the Board in a common capital pool, specifically for the purchase of assets for the Community and are not tied to any specific asset security.
This fund is audited and reported annually as a requirement of Government Charities Supervision through ACNC, this is the best protection we can offer
The LLtO's investments are negotiable only within the Community.
Capital invested in LLtO Community assets can be recovered through the resale of licence to other members or Community buyback if or when needed.
A safe place to park capital for future use while saving the loss of rent $$$
Member's equity investment also assists with access to Commercial borrowing for the community and its College.
ANCOM ON MURAY Inc. will hold the school registration, the RTO and property assets. Each campus will have its name and specific education, training, care services, environmental conservation and family holiday focus.
Principal, Capt. Bouc will always be pleased to chat with parents or students, so feel free to call him to set a time and place to meet.
