LOCATION: The shore-based start for the Aerie College has not yet been identified. Details will be shared in our Blog when confirmed. (There are interesting regulations relating to the "School Place" required to register a school. We believe we can teach young people anywhere but it seems a "School" must be on land in a building designed for meetings. We are negotiating for access to places like this. We need a "School Building" to register the school to access government schools funding and our community families need the Government Independent schools funds for their children's "Schooling" with Aerie College)
HIGHLY QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED TEACHERS/TRAINERS: Our skills learning focus is on Boat Skills, Tourism, Hospitality, Cookery, Care services and Adventure Leadership, generating Entrepreneurial skills and other business experience. These skills have been part of our teacher employment selection criteria. Regardless of the physical location of the students, who can learn anywhere, we aim to teach our students good living skills, work skills, money skills, how to make money or alternatively, how to live well without much money. We believe entrepreneurial skills are essential for happy living.
GUARDIANSHIP OF STUDENTS UNDER 18 YEARS AND LIVING ARRANGEMENTS: Aerie Student Accommodation will be any place where people live, including on river boats. The Principal, Capt. Bouc will act as Guardian for the underage students living on Aerie Campuses on land and the river. Each accommodation campus will be managed by an academy master and each boat will have at least one qualified "Boat Master" (couples will be highly regarded for this position) who will have teacher or youth worker qualifications. They will be responsible for the general mentoring care and living skills standards of our resident students. They are backed up by very experienced teachers and VET trainer assessors "teaching SACE" in and from the shore-based "Community Buildings", on the boats or online. Each of our campuses have been selected for its industry skills attributes to provide for skills learning opportunities.

ANCOM ON MURRAY Inc. [ABN: 58 742 996 740] A Tax-Exempt, Private Collegiate Resort-based Community, with a Governing Board of public persons, elected from the membership at an AGM.
The Community will host a series of Senior high school and Vocational College campuses Starting in 2022, will develop a fleet of large river houseboats for Community Living and will purchase riverfront properties for houseboat moorings and boat-based holidays opportunities.

Aerie College helps families with stressed teenagers.
Aerie Special Assistance Community Living College is designed to help these different children.
There are many reasons why they have mental, and physical problems or go off track and cause much stress and grief in families.
For years, the solution for many families has been to send them off to "Boarding School".
For many families, this has worked.
They are polished up with senior Boarding College discipline and move on to University Colleges where they are safely tucked away from the family and do not cause disturbance to the family's calm. Parental life is good. Sometimes the children go back to the family to thank them for paying the bills, BUT the family is changed.
Some families don't have money for that. Aerie Special Assistance College can help.
Our Collegiate Community aims to keep families involved with students' activities as much as possible through Community events and Retirement Living Opportunities on campus. Casual visiting and participating grandparents are of great family value and have time.
Some families with severe teenage disruption just give up.

Aerie Collegiate Community Boarding College offers help to these children and their families. With Special Assistance from Government, Aerie College can manage and redirect the disruptive behaviour problems with most of these young people through team building and adventure challenge programs at our Boarding College Campuses.
Being forced into the Care of the Minister through Police and children's court action has been a disaster for many young people.
Some disruptive young ones may be brilliant young eagles testing their wings.
They just need to find a positive flight path.

ANCOM community helps single parents with children.
Sometimes partnerships just do not work and are best addressed with separation. One parent is usually left with the children. The children suffer the most.
