Cooking and enjoying different foods is a delight for most people.
Many young people in our modern takeaway world have never had the opportunity to help parents at home with cooking. It can be a time of coming together and enjoying the company of others in a common and enjoyable task.
Our master chef and his assistants present a range of short courses of interest in all our campuses including wilderness and camp facilities. Each campus, including PS Ruby, has a different type of kitchen, dining areas and food storage facilities. It is good to know how to select, store, prepare and present food in a range of different eating environments
