Some of our teachers are in the "oldies" cohort, retired, and have found new enthusiasm. We enjoy helping young teachers and students now that we are free from the traditional school boxes and depressive political demands. We all work on our own time and get things done. We welcome jaded teachers to join us and get on with real-life teaching in our relaxed learning environment. Name your own teaching time and skills to share.
We love volunteers, even the oldest of us can still teach. The community will help if you need help to survive. You will be appreciated by our students. We need your skills. Students can also help you in many ways, care services and volunteering are part of our VET training. You help them. They help you.
The entrepreneurial skills of our students develop through our training. We support them in building their businesses. Eventually, they leave and fly alone or in partnership.
Our holiday resort-based communities, including our cruise boats, probably with some older residents, remains a home base for our students if needed to lick wounds & regroup. They may even bring their young eaglets back to our Aerie. The Community resorts are there for the long flight.

Aerie Club (ANCOM ON MURRAY INC.) is tax-exempt.
As a registered Educational Charity Community, we invite people or community groups with Capital or Fundraising capacity to join the Collegiate Charity Club and invest in the assets of the community, for bed occupancy, water toy use, and with a return on your investment from hire income of Community assets, properties, boats, college berths, and other facilities as shared community property, all with the purpose of education and training youth. Investor members either use their annual occupancy entitlement or rent it to others through the collegiate club administration.
Your capital can be recovered quickly from the club if needed for an emergency.
This is a common finance arrangement for University College Accommodation and Retirement villages worldwide. There is no limit to the number of Member Shareholders.
Our main purpose is to help young people who may be under stress with their education pathway, to consolidate a clear path forward into a reliable and rewarding future, mostly directed at tourism, hospitality, cookery, care services, and leadership skills.
In early retirement? You may like to consider purchasing a houseboat and living within the club marina, cruising the river at your leisure. Houseboat living is a great lifestyle. As a member of the club, you can always request assistance from our students who will be trained to help.
Remote families may consider the purchase of a family holiday houseboat and have their students live in the houseboat while attending Aeria College VET or the local high school if they want, for their SACE-VET education.

Aerie Boarding College offers a wide range of industry skills training, primarily associated with Tourism, Hospitality, Cookery, Care services, and Outdoor Adventure leadership skills. You can multi-skill at the cert 3 level or select one career path and proceed to the Diploma level.
We help young eagles learn how to fly above the common birds.
Grey Nomads, visit our Aerie, rest a while, and help.
The young ones gain care services skills & qualifications by helping all members.
There is a time in life when we are all forced to slow down. Sometimes we need help to enjoy life to the full. In-home care services are part of our VET Training program. Our young ones will help you with your houseboat cruising.
They can also help you with your motor homes or caravans. Think about the Lifestyle
Regardless of how much money we have accumulated, we all need the physical help of younger people as we get older. We can use our money and experience to help the young ones. In return, they will help us as they learn. We all win.
We will have a fully functional emergency room on the home campus and all our students will be trained in advanced first aid for local emergencies. A registered nurse will be on staff for care services training and generally being a community nurse.
Sometimes the help needed is just sitting with an unhappy young person in silence, being calm and there with them when they want to talk. Hugs are marvellous. We always need good listeners. No need for advice. Just active listening. Positive listening words are a great help. We teach this skill.
