As a registered Educational Charity, we can offer our members the right to share in the Capital Assets of the college. We can also invite Paid-up College Community Members to invest in Loan Licence to Occupy the use of College assets, properties, boats, college berths, and other facilities as shared community property. This system is in common use for University College Accommodation and Retirement villages throughout the world.

As an Australian ACNC registered Educational Charity, ANCOM ON MURRAY INC. [ABN: 58 742 996 740] offers fully paid financial members of the Collegiate Community an investment opportunity similar to the arrangements used in many of the retirement villages and University student accommodation throughout the world. Members can invest in timed use of facilities and equipment owned and maintained by ANCOM and managed by the Residential Collegiate Community, for its activities and services.
The Nominal LLtO Investment units are $100. There is no limit to the number of units a member can invest in. When you use your annual licence time you do not pay rent, only for the consumables on the invoice. Your LLtO time use register is adjusted according to the capital value of one day/night use for each asset used. A schedule of these one day/night capital values is available to members during the negotiation of their LLtO investments.
The member's LLtO time use registered is reinstated to full annual value at the 1st July each year for your use so long as the member owns the LLtO. Carryover of unused time into the next year is not encouraged but can be negotiated. Each LLtO is a negotiable asset that can be resold through the college to other financial members to recover the capital invested at current market value.
A 10% resale fee is charged by the Community administration.
The Basic ANCOM Loan Licence to Occupy (LLtO) is for one 24hr period starting at 2:00 pm and ending at 12:00 noon on the following day. A sequence of licences can be used for an extended period without a break. For simplicity, the LLtO is described as the use of a particular "Berth" in College facilities or equipment. Each LLtO agreement describes the "Berth" to be occupied and can vary according to the capital value of the berth for one 24hr period. Each LLtO carries an annual maintenance fee to cover the recurrent expenses associated with the asset maintenance provided by the College.
